Transversal cross-sector plan established as a master plan for all Andalusian Administration Councils with competences in areas that affect ecological connectivity. The Andalusian territory is analysed in relation to environmental legislation, instruments, and plans that may affect ecological connectivity, protected natural spaces, threatened species, land uses, and the relationship between ecological connectivity and ecosystem services, among other aspects.

A terrestrial ecological connectivity index is calculated for the entire autonomous community, strategic axes are defined for connectivity, and Andalusia is zoned in several types of areas according to their functionality for ecological connectivity.
