In September 2019, the International Conference on Ecology and Transport (ICOET) was held in Sacramento (California, USA).
This is the leading conference in its field and one of the most important in the world. It is a key meeting place for hundreds of researchers, professional experts and transport infrastructure managers, who share innovations in applied research and good practices in transport infrastructure management and construction.
During the week of the conference, over a hundred technical sessions were held, as well as workshops and other activities attended by more than five hundred participants.
The Director of Minuartia, Carme Rosell, represented the Governance Board of the Infrastructure and Ecology Network Europe (IENE) and presented the European project LIFE Safe-Crossing on transport infrastructures and large carnivores (bear, wolf and lynx) of which Minuartia is a partner.
