Technical assistance for organizing hunting activity on the island of Ibiza. A proposal of guidelines is drafted for the management of small game hunting, including the contents to be incorporated into annual hunting regulations and defining the aspects that should be included in technical hunting plans. The project addresses recurring conflicts on the island, such as human-induced predation, agricultural damage, and the management of rabbit hunting with the Ibizan hound through the definition of strategic objectives. By characterizing the current state of hunting on the island, as well as game species, guidelines are developed for a new management approach and the definition of contents to be included in technical game management plans. The aim is to promote a sustainable, ethical activity that respects biodiversity.
