The European Aviation Safety Agency requires the application of a Wildlife Risk Management Programme at all airports. The Programme must evaluate the presence of fauna in airport enclosures and surroundings, as well as the existence of attractions for animals that may pose risks for air navigation. It must also define the measures to be applied to reduce risks involving fauna, and the procedures for collecting incident data and monitoring problems.<\/p>\n<p>MINUARTIA won the FRAPORT Greece contract, and was responsible for preparing the Wildlife Risk Management Programmes for 14 airports, in cooperation with local experts.
