In the last 25 years he has worked in several projects of monitoring and conservation of threatened flora and fauna of the Balearic Islands, including the S’Albufera des Grau Natural Park, where he was a naturalist technician and where he is currently part of the Governing Board as representative of the Menorcan Institute of Studies. He has been secretary general of the Balearic Institute of Nature, founder of the Ornithological Society of Menorca (SOM) and member of the committee of bird rarities of the Balearic Islands. Co-author of the catalog of the vascular flora of Menorca, author of different papers on the ornithofauna of Menorca and has taught several classes and conferences. He has participated in numerous wildlife and flora management and conservation projects, particularly related to transportation infrastructures and the impact of climate change on the biodiversity of the island of Menorca. Responsible for the monitoring of nesting bird populations in Menorca and is currently a member of the natural sciences section of the Menorcan Institute of Studies. He is part of the Minuartia team, working on wildlife risk management.
