Holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and a master’s degree in Ecology from the UAM and the Complutense University of Madrid. His studies focused on evolutionary ecology, conservation biology and ornithology, mainly through activities such as scientific bird banding, environmental outreach and collaboration in bird censuses. He has worked as a research technician in the LIFE-Ricotí (UAM) project, in which he carried out mapping using geographic information systems (GIS), and he has experience in conducting studies on the effectiveness of anti-collision systems for birds in wind farms. He is part of the Minuartia team, working on wildlife risk management at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
