Preparation of the documents that constitute the organization’s Wildlife Hazard Management System. Revision of Greek legislation in relation to wildlife management at airports and nature conservation. Writing of action protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Drafting of the first edition of the WHMP for the 14 airports, including: analysis of habitats and activities in the airport environment (13 km radius) to identify focal points of attraction; conducting inspections of the airport site and its surroundings; analysis of data on collisions and other incidents caused by fauna; compilation of information on the measures implemented; proposal of new actions to be implemented.
