Provision of technical assistance to increase the degree of knowledge of biodiversity in La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park and develop appropriate management and conservation strategies. Over the years, tasks have been undertaken to integrate all the information generated on the diversity of vertebrates present in the park, to maintain the ongoing monitoring of some species with particular management requirements, and to support the management team in the preparation of reports relating to the fauna of the natural area. The vertebrate catalogue has also been created, as well as the wildlife management module of the Natural Park that integrates databases on the groups of fauna that are monitored in the area.
